Moxo also automatically updates the assignee once a task is claimed, giving you real-time visibility and accountability. This reduces bottlenecks, enabling tasks to be completed faster and with greater efficiency, no matter how complex the account.
Simplify document submission by attaching files directly to your requests
We’ve streamlined the document request process by allowing attachments to be included directly within file request actions. This ensures that all necessary files are provided upfront, reducing follow-ups and creating a clearer experience for both clients and internal teams.
When sending a file request, you can now easily add supporting documents, giving clients clear guidance on what’s needed. This makes the entire process more efficient and reduces unnecessary back-and-forth communication.

Seamless access to Quick Links
Navigating between tabs or windows can break your workflow. With this update, Quick Links now open directly within Moxo, instead of an external browser, keeping everything in one place.
Stakeholders can easily access key resources or external documents without leaving Moxo. By eliminating the need to switch between applications, this enhancement boosts both productivity and convenience, allowing your customers to stay in the flow without any interruptions.
Configure date formats for eSignatures
We know that different regions have specific preferences for displaying dates, so we’ve introduced new configuration options to help standardize date formats across your organization. You can now choose the format that best aligns with your regional or organizational needs.
With multiple formats available, such as day/month/year or month/day/year, you can apply your chosen format across all eSign actions. This ensures consistency in documentation throughout your team.

Add validation with customizable stamp fields
